Before purchasing at CASA FRANCA LUXE, we highly encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between CASA FRANCA LUXE and the customer at the time the purchase is made. The purchase of any product/s offered by CASA FRANCA LUXE constitutes a contractual arrangement between the customer and CASA FRANCA LUXE. This represents the customer’s acceptance of the CASA FRANCA LUXE Terms & Conditions set out herein.
We are an ONLINE STORE based in Manila and Cavite. We do NOT have a physical store. No meetups, no pickups, and no cash-on-delivery option. Full payment first policy applies. We have been DTI registered since 2020. We are also BIR and AMLC Registered.
All jewelry items are sold per PIECE, not per gram. Once an order form and payment have been sent, change of item is NOT allowed. All sales are considered FINAL.

2. SHIPPING
- Your order will be fulfilled and delivered within a reasonable time, except in cases of exceptional circumstances or force majeure.
- Same-day delivery (Lalamove / Grab) is available if payment is made before 2 PM cut-off time.
- Same-day shipping (LBC) is available if payment is made before 11 AM cut-off time.
- We do not ship on Sundays and holidays. Shipping resumes on the next business day.
- Orders paid after 2 PM (payment cut-off time) will be shipped after 1 business day.
Lalamove / Grab Delivery: FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE. The rider’s details will be provided to you via Viber / Whatsapp / Facebook / Instagram once your order is out for delivery. We cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery because of factors like traffic, volume of orders, weather, etc.
LBC Shipping: FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE. A tracking number will be provided to you via Viber / Whatsapp / Facebook / Instagram after we ship your order for you to monitor your parcel. We are not responsible for any delays made by the courier. Please contact the courier directly for inquiries and follow-ups.
International Shipping: Starts at ₱4,500. A tracking number will be provided to you via Viber / Whatsapp / Facebook / Instagram after we ship your order for you to monitor your parcel. 4. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have received a defective or damaged order, you can request for a return of your order in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 2 DAYS from the date of delivery for an exchange of any item given the conditions below:
- regular priced items only; and
- If the item received is PROVEN to be defective or damaged, without any fault or negligence on the part of the customer through a CLEAR PHOTO or VIDEO.
The Return / Refund / Exchange Policy does not apply to:
- All sale items
- All custom-made orders
- All pre-owned luxury items
- Wrong sizes / colors / quantity / etc. due to the wrong information provided or negligence on the part of the customer
- Products with no imperfection or defect
- When the defects of the goods are due to the mishandling of the customer
- In cases of "as-is-where-is" transactions (example: pre-owned luxury items)
- If the customer had a CHANGE OF MIND
- The sale of second-hand articles
Defects pertain to manufacturing defects and shall NOT include the following:
- Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing,
- Natural flaws in gemstones, and
- Inevitable tarnishes and scratches appearing on gold.
Please be informed that your orders undergo strict quality control and inspection before preparing them for packing and shipping. After careful inspection, photos/videos of your orders are sent to you via WhatsApp, Viber, or Instagram. We warrant that our products conform to the description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for its purpose.
To be eligible for a return, the following should be strictly followed:
- Notice to return must be filed and communicated immediately within the day of the receipt of the purchased item.
- The above notice must be accompanied by a PHOTO AND/OR VIDEO of the received item/s and must clearly show the damaged part/s of the item such as dent, scratches and/or missing part, if there’s any.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. RETURNS ARE DEEMED NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL COMING FROM US.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. During the time that the item is in your care, you must have exercised the required diligence to take care of it.
- No complaints shall be entertained for repair or return without complying with the above prerequisites.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message via WhatsApp / Viber / Instagram to notify you that we have received your returned item. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3 working days from approval.
When returning your product, all shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Anyone returning a damaged or defective product must comply with the instructions set out in our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY for valid returns. So far as permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to quality, condition, merchantability such as, but not limited to, being pawnable/accepted in pawnshops, are excluded.
5. REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. PERSONAL LUXURY SHOPPING SERVICE
Full payment is required to avail of our personal shopping service. Send a photo of the item you would like us to source for you (if available). Shipping date will be indicated depending on when we will be able to schedule it after arrival in the Philippines. Shipping fee starts at 300 for small items. 7. FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to defer delivery or cancel a purchase for all circumstances beyond our reasonable control that will require stoppage of our business or hinders the delivery of the order/s.
