DTI REGISTRATION
Our business name has been registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) since 2020. This 2025, we renewed it as CASAFRANCALUXE Jewelry Store. With this, our business name has legal recognition and is unique, thus, preventing it from being exploited by other entities.
BIR REGISTRATION
We are officially registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). This is essential for our legal compliance and ensures that every transaction is documented for tax purposes.
AMLC REGISTRATION
We are also registered with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Since we are in the jewelry industry, we are required to secure this registration to help protect the integrity of the Philippine financial system and to avoid legal consequences.
